The hotel offered reasonable rates and a variety of dishes at breakfast.
My check-in experience was terribly inefficient. I waited an hour to get my room key. The front office staff seemed unresponsive, and they overcharged me for an extra room. Despite realizing their mistake and committing to a refund, it has not yet been processed. Their systems seem inefficient.

I found the outdoor children's playground very useful. The breakfast had a variety of dishes. I liked the South Indian options. I also appreciated the availability of cycling.
The rates were reasonable though the gym equipment was a bit dated.

efficient staffbroken boilerdeactivated cards
the staff was efficient and helpful when i checked in which was good.
i had to switch rooms three times the first time the phone was not working and the boiler was broken the second time the bathroom tap was broken they upgraded us to a business category room but it was nothing special for the price the room cards deactivated three times during our trip and i waited almost half an hour to get back into my room.

the hotel staff showed good behavior. i enjoyed a good view of the lake from my room. i found the hotel to be well cleaned and well kept. the folk dance and traditional jewelry collections offered a cultural experience, and my kids enjoyed themselves.
the air conditioning made some noise throughout the night.
